Leverage SMS to reach users when data connectivity is not available

• Automatically send an SMS to all users who didn't receive the push notification within a predefined timeframe 
• Personalize the timeframe for push message expiry / SMS backup
• Identify users via unique IDs for push message delivery and their mobile phone numbers for SMS backup delivery
• Choose a different message format ex. txt only for SMS fallback
• Specify all available functionalities with a single initial API request for push sending 
• Communicate with your users using the "standard" SMS protocol if they do not have your app installed on a smartphone
