What is a monthly unique active recipient (MUAR)?
A monthly unique active recipient (MUAR) is a device to whom you sent at least one push message during the calendar month. Once you send the first push message to a recipient, it doesn’t matter how many messages you send. They’re only counted once per month and you can send them an unlimited number of free push messages.
Can the Free Tier be used for production? What happens if I exceed the 100 unique active recipients limitation?
Yes. You can use the Free Tier for production, it's not limited for development and testing. The Free Tier service offer is only available for 3 months following your Catapush sign up date. You will be requested to add a payment method only when you're connecting with more than 100 unique active recipients in a calendar month or after first 3 months. Our API will return an error and additional messages or connections won’t be authorised until a valid payment method is added.
Can I really send unlimited push and in app messages?
Yes you do. Our plans are designed to be easy to understand and worry free. We offer unlimited messaging so you can communicate with your mobile users without limits.
I represent a large app, can you handle our traffic? What would be the pricing?

How can I track my usage?
In your private area you can track, among other things, the number of unique active recipients. These data are updated at least once per day so you should be able to get an accurate snapshot of your current monthly and historical usage. Simply login into your private area.

Yes, you can get started for free with the Catapush Free Tier. Connect up to 100 monthly unique active recipients and send an unlimited number of push messages, for the first 3 months following your Catapush sign up date. We offer enterprises plenty of time to test out Catapush. No credit card required to operate under the Free Tier. Ask for a quote when you are ready to go beyond or after first 3 months.
How SMS Fallback prices work?
The SMS Fallback is an optional and paid separately service from the Push. The SMS service is offered as prepaid pay as you go. You can buy certain SMS prepaid bundle from Catapush or its commercial partners. Ask for a quote.
